A sense of feeling older than your years, slower than you should be and dimmer than you know yourself to be. You find yourself pushing harder rather than living easier, constantly managing the distance between what you know intellectually and what your physical reality actually feels like.

I don’t like the title of coach or transformative practitioner. I consider myself an alchemist – one who can travel through the dark with you to help you uncover the power of your light.

Why awareness alone is not enough to change the ground
Most approaches to personal transformation operate from a fixing mentality. They treat you as a problem to be solved, or they teach you to constantly micro-manage, monitor and regulate your nervous system.
Surveillance is not trust. And understanding a pattern does not close it.
You can trace a habit back to its origin, name it clearly and explain it in precise detail, only to watch it show up again the very next day. This is because awareness lives in the mind, but the pattern lives somewhere much older and deeper than the mind can reach.

True, sustainable transformation does not come from working on yourself. It comes from being yourself, fully, genuinely, from overflow. When honest authentic nourishment leads the way, regulation and ease follow naturally. You do not have to manage what is already flowing.
THE OVERFLOW METHOD
The Overflow Method works at the subconscious, ancestral and nervous system levels, with the deep somatic wisdom of horses woven through. It is designed to help you stop performing who you learned to be, so that what you give to the world comes from a genuinely full cup.
We move through three clear stages.
Stage One: Clear and Nourish the Ground
Before anything new can take root, the subconscious patterns running underneath must be met at the level where they live. We identify the hidden protective patterns keeping your system small or depleted, and release the ancestral burdens that were never yours to carry. Your nervous system begins to soften, recognising it is safe to be supported.
Stage Two: Root into Who You Truly Are
With the ground clearing, you begin to recognise your own design, your gifts and your natural rhythm. You learn to inhabit your body rather than override it. This is where your relationship with your intuition stabilises, moving from an occasional whisper to a compass you trust consistently.
Stage Three: Embody and Lead from Overflow
Everything integrates into the ordinary fabric of your life. The boundary holds without the guilt spiral. The decision is made from knowing rather than pressure. You begin earning from expression rather than performance, and your vitality, relationships and finances quietly reflect the shift.

I work with people at a specific crossroads: those who have built success but are tired of trading their vitality for their calling.
My work is built on twenty years of lived experience, deep clinical and energetic training and genuine results with clients worldwide. I run a spacious three-day working week from our beautiful land in Auckland, New Zealand, alongside my herd of horses, Wondeik and Lucius, and our advanced Quantec frequency technology. The three-day structure is not a limitation I manage reluctantly. It is proof of concept. I teach overflow because I live it.
I weave together intuitive knowing, subconscious rewiring, the profound non-verbal wisdom of the horses and instrumental biocommunication technology to help you return to your truest ground. Wondeik and Lucius are active co-facilitators in this work. They offer immediate, non-verbal somatic feedback that bypasses the analytical mind entirely, showing us in real time what it actually looks like to lead from a state of grounded presence.
I believe the state of our world is a direct reflection of how depleted its leaders, givers and healers are. The change we need will not come from more effort, more strategy or more doing. It will come from deeply resourced human beings who have stopped abandoning themselves and started living in overflow.
